Can We Discuss an NDA Before Sharing a Formula?
Raise confidentiality requirements first. Sensitive information can be exchanged after discussing and signing an applicable agreement.
Will I Own the Custom Formula, and Can It Be Exclusive?
Existing formulas, customer-provided formulas and newly developed results require separate agreements. Ownership and exclusivity must be defined in writing before the project starts.
How Are Sample Fees and Revisions Agreed?
Fees, revision rounds and sample shipping depend on the sample type and development scope. Changes outside the agreed scope require further discussion.
Can I Supply Packaging Components or Nominate a Forwarder?
Share your requirements first so that packaging compatibility, material delivery and forwarder handover can be discussed before confirming the approach.
How Are Delivery Issues and Reorders Handled?
