A Sample Should Answer Real Product Questions
We do not ask a customer to approve a formula from an ingredient list alone. The physical sample is reviewed for spread, absorption, scent, appearance and how it behaves in the intended routine.
Comments such as "lighter after-feel," "less fragrance" or "cleaner pump dose" are recorded against the next version. Once the product is approved, that sample version becomes the working reference for production.
