What a Manufacturer Should Be Able to Explain Clearly
A product catalogue proves that a supplier can show products; it does not prove how a specific order will be developed or controlled. Before placing an order, compare how each manufacturer handles formula ownership, physical samples, packaging, production approvals and later reorders.
1. Confirm the Products the Factory Actually Manufactures
Send a short product list and ask which formulas and filling formats the factory currently handles. A useful answer should name the product format, common texture, suitable component and any obvious production limitation. For AXDW, our range includes facial serums, creams, masks, cleansers, body care, hair care and selected professional cosmetic formats.
2. Ask How Formula Samples Are Prepared and Approved
The customer should know whether the first sample is an available formula, an adjusted formula or a custom development sample. We ask customers to comment on texture, fragrance, color, absorption and after-feel. The approved physical sample is then recorded as the reference for bulk production.
3. Review the Formula and Packaging Together
A formula can behave differently in a dropper, pump, tube or jar. Before artwork is finalized, the factory should check viscosity, pump output, closure condition, fill volume and visible presentation. We do not recommend selecting packaging only from a photograph without checking the formula and realistic quantity.
4. Confirm What the Quotation Includes
The quotation should state the formula route, fill volume, component, decoration, carton, quantity and any sample or testing work included. Custom bottle color, coating, printing and set boxes can change MOQ and lead time, so these items should not remain unclear.
5. Check the Bulk-Production Approval Process
Before manufacturing, both sides should confirm the approved formula sample, component, fill volume, artwork and packing method. During production, the factory should check batch appearance, filling behavior, closure condition and finished packing against the order information.
6. Ask How Repeat Orders Are Controlled
A repeat order should not restart from memory. The approved sample version, packaging model, artwork and packing details need to remain connected to the product. We keep these order references so customers can identify what should remain unchanged and what needs a new sample.

- Destination country and sales channel
- Product list and intended use
- Reference products or required textures
- Packaging images and fill volumes
- Estimated quantity by SKU
- Artwork status and required delivery timing
With this information, a manufacturer can give a more useful answer and identify which items still need sampling or component confirmation.
